I just got back from the gym this morning and while I was there I saw a few things that I just had to tell someone about.
So I’m just doing my thing, lifting some weights and watching the sports highlights between my sets and I notice a few personal trainers in the gym with a couple very heavy clients.

A trainer told me that to burn fat I need to exercise at a lower intensity. I also noticed that my treadmill has a “fat burning zone.” At this intensity I don’t feel like I’m getting a good workout. Do easier workouts really burn more fat?
