Cellulite is caused by fat deposits that build up like
little marshmallows under the skin and cause a dimpled
effect or cottage cheese appearance. Fibrous tissues
connect your skin to a deeper layer, creating the pockets
of fat cells. When these fat cells grow in size, they cause
a dimpling effect on your skin.

Cellulite forms mainly around your stomach, hips, thighs,
and buttocks. A cure for cellulite has not been found
however there are some ways to make it appear smoother.

Drink plenty of water, take garlic and iron supplements
(this will help you with water weight and help flushes out
fat).

Detox your body by consuming fresh fruits and vegetables
everyday. Fasting is also a great way to detox however be
sure to have a full physical before trying to fast for more
than one day to be sure your body can handle it.

Apply a good cream or lotion in circular motions. The
circular motions will help break up some of the fat cells
to help give the appearance of smoother skin.
